How to Buy

• send in your orders and queries to secretcloset@hotmail.com

• payment will be made via UOB bank transfer or paypal.

• items will be sent through postage once the amount is received. they should arrive 2-3 days after posting. please note that there will be an additional $0.50 charge for the postage fee.

• items will be reserved for a week but will be put on sale once payment has not been made.

• in any case that the jewelery items arrive damaged, i can provide a free repair service. just drop me a mail and send them back. (: the same goes for items that do not fit (i.e. bracelets or necklaces are too long or short)

• all jewelery items are original and hand-made. each is unique in itself, therefore there is only one stock for each design. however, if you wish to have the same piece, i can remake one for you within a week - provided that the materials have not run out.

• i am also open to any customizations that you may want to have. drop me a mail and we can discuss the details. charges apply accordingly.
